I am a single 27 year old who has had shocking periods since I began to menstruate at the age of 11.

I came to see Anna as my stomach was bloating every day, I eat a reasonable diet but I still bloated all the time and my tummy was always distended and uncomfortable. Since I was 10 years of age (now 33 years) I experience constipation. I think they call it “lazy bowel” and unless I use laxatives I just don’t go to the toilet.
